Rebuilt checkout setup for small merchants
Almost half of new merchants signed up but never finished setting up checkout. I ran 14 interviews with merchants who dropped out, cut setup from nine steps to four and shipped it in three releases. Merchant activation rose 18% in two quarters.
Parcel & Co
Launched a progress dashboard for teachers
Teachers only found out which students were falling behind when exam results came in. I defined the first version with five pilot schools and ran weekly reviews with design and data. It was used by 1,200 schools by the end of 2021.

Moved returns out of the support inbox
Returns were handled by email, and support spent most mornings on the same questions. I mapped the process with the support team and chose a self-serve returns page over a chatbot.
